Non-Refundable Rate
- Advance payment: 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
- Cancellation: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
7-Day Flexible Rate
- Advance payment: 30% of the total booking amount.
- Free cancellation up to 6 days before arrival, with a full refund of the deposit paid.
- Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival: a 30% charge will be applied.
- No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
14-Day Flexible Rate
- Advance payment: 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
- Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, with a full refund of the deposit paid.
- Cancellation between 14 days and 1 day before arrival: 50% charge.
- No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
